backed by decades of research
Navi wasn’t built on guesswork. Every feature and user flow is grounded in research and based on human-centered design.
Navi’s Mini Activities are known as Single Session SupportsTeens create action plans through self-guided, evidence-based mini activities.
Those mini activities are also known as Single Session Supports which have been studied in research by our co-founder, Dr. Jessica Schleider, for over a decade!
Dr. Schleider has published over 100 peer reviewed studies on Single Session approaches. In other words - she knows what it takes to make these actually help. 😉
Our Scientific ApproachEach of Navi’s proprietary Single Session Supports target a modifiable, short-term belief or behavior where short term improvements spur long-term positive change.
To create a new Navi Mini Activity, our clinical team takes the evidence-based framework, applies our Navi secret sauce, and co-designs with teens on our Youth Advisory Board.
What Navi is - and what it isn’t.
